What happens if I will be late?
The boat departs as scheduled—make sure to review the check-in schedule. If you expect to be late, please notify us as soon as possible. We can hold the departure for a few minutes if informed in advance. However, if you experience a significant delay and miss the departure, we can arrange a pickup in Funtana after setting sail.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling in case of bad weather?
Unfortunately, only adverse weather conditions may impact our plans. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for another available date.
