The Company BOOM BOAT j.d.o.o. with headquarters in Pula, Stiglicheva Street - Via Alfredo Stiglich 26, PIN: 34661604628 (hereinafter: "Company"), with this statement, wants to ensure that users of the Company's services are aware of the risks involved in undertaking various activities that they might undertake while using the Company's services. The Company provides a boat transportation service in compliance with all legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Croatia, however, the Company does not assume responsibility for any inconvenience and damage caused by the behaviour and carelessness of passengers.
When buying tickets for the activities of the Company, regardless whether you buy ticket for yourself and/or for other persons, you are obliged to accepts this Disclaimer of liability (hereinafter: “Disclaimer”). By accepting this Disclaimer you confirm that you are familiar with and fully informed about all the risks that can arise from various activities such as jumping from the boat, swimming around the boat, disobeying the instructions of the boat's crew and the rules of behaviour during navigation, and especially the consumption of alcohol during navigation, as well as any other activities you will undertake during the navigation itself.
By choosing to participate in one of the activities and by accepting this Disclaimer, you release the Company and/or its employees from liability for any injury, illness, disability, death and damage caused to you and/or other persons and property during navigation.
By accepting this Disclaimer you and other persons for which you bought tickets confirm that you are aware that activities such as jumping off the boat, swimming around the boat, disobeying the instructions of the boat's crew and the rules of conduct during navigation, and especially the consumption of alcohol during navigation, as well as any other activities that you undertake during the navigation itself, can pose a danger and involve a certain risk.
By accepting this Disclaimer you and other persons for which you bought tickets state that you understand that you participate in the aforementioned activities at your own risk and responsibility, and that negligence or other factors for which the Company is not responsible may cause your personal injury, injury to others, illness, permanent disability or death.
By accepting this Disclaimer you and other persons for which you bought tickets confirm that all of you are aware that these dangers and risks may arise due to a variety of factors including (but not limited to): equipment errors and/or equipment malfunctions (by you or other participants), negligence (by you or other participants), exposure to extreme conditions, exposure to natural conditions.
By accepting this Disclaimer you and other persons for which you bought tickets confirm that all of you fully understand the text of this Disclaimer and accept all risks and that all of you voluntarily want to participate in any of the above-mentioned activities and that no one has forced you and/or other persons to do so.
By accepting this Disclaimer you are obliged to familiarize other persons for which you bought tickets of its content and to warn them about all the risks stated herein.

This information relates to all tickets for trips on the Adriatic sea and connected docks and waterways, operated by Boom Events. In purchasing tickets for cruises, from events operated by Boom Events, you the client are accepting the terms and conditions within this document. Any ticket/reservation holder or passenger will be referred to as “the client” from here on.
All bookings must be made in advance of the date of the cruise. To board the vessel the client must have a confirmed reservation/ticket which is valid for the date and package booked and be over the age of 18 years old. Full payment in cleared funds must be received by the Boom Boat Party in advance of the starting time of the ticket. “No-shows” will not be refunded in any case. Due to the nature of the event, there will be a limited number of tables and chairs which will be available only with VIP tickets. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to departure. Please arrive early so as not to miss your booking slot. No refunds will be made to latecomers. Any refunds agreed will be made entirely at the Boom Events discretion. Boom Events does not accept liability for any loss resulting from our failure to provide an advertised service, or where delay occurs to those services, for any reason. No food or drink may be brought on to any trip. Boom Events reserves the right to substitute another vessel and, if necessary, for reasons beyond its control, to cancel the booking, but Boom Events will not in such circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by the client. If the Client has any comments during the cruise the Captain or Function Manager will be happy to discuss these at any time. Any complaints must be notified to either the Captain and/or Function Manager at the time of the ticket trip.
Boom Boat Party promotes responsible drinking and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who’s clearly intoxicated. Boom Boat Party is not responsible for lost belongings. Take care of your valuables. Boom Boat Party will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents. You are entering the boat at your own risk. Boom Boat Party reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. Its your responsibility to follow the group when we are walking towards the venues. If you get lost you will not be refunded.
